Refund policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from MYP. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process easy and convenient for you.

Returns:

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. All original tags must be attached, and the items must be in their original packaging.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Return Process:

Contact our customer service at myp@makeyourselfpowerful.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the items securely, include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly write the RA number on the package.

Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

 

Note:

Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
